We do not guarantee live delivery or introduction acceptance. Bees are shipped
FOB ship point which means they are your bees the second they are 
shipped. It is your responsibility to deal with the post office over dead bees. 
WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS FOR DEAD BEES.
